岗位职责
- Conduct process design in cement or related material technologies
从事水泥工艺或相关材料工艺专业的工艺设计工作 - Work under the Production Manager to manage daily production processes and maintenance planning
在生产负责人的领导下，负责生产系统工艺的日常管理工作，以及停窑的检修计划制定工作 - Develop and update production processes, management systems, and technical procedures
负责制定各生产工序和工艺管理制度和技术规程，负责组织编制工艺巡查、检验、检测等技术规程，定期修订工艺管理标准和工作标准 - Regularly analyse quality, economic indicators, and provide suggestions for improvements
定期对质量目标，经济指标进行分析总结，提出改进意见 - Optimize system operating parameters to ensure stable, high-quality, and efficient operation of all main equipment
不断优化各系统的操作参数、工艺条件，使各主机设备在优质、低耗的状态下稳定运行
Requirements
任职要求
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in relevant engineering fields, such as Inorganic Non-Metallic Materials, Silicates, Material Science Engineering, or Process Control
无机非金属材料、硅酸盐、材料与科学工程、过程控制与装备专业本科及以上学历 - At least 5 years of experience in process quality in the cement industry
具有水泥行业工艺质量5年以上工作经验 - Knowledgeable in cement or inorganic non-metallic materials production processes and management
掌握水泥或无机非金属材料生产工艺流程及设计管理流程 - Good communication and coordination skills, strong sense of responsibility, and excellent teamwork
具有良好的沟通协调能力，有较强的责任心以及良好的团队协作能力
