(“ICG”) and its subsidiaries, associated, related, and affiliated companies (hereinafter collectively referred to as “ICG Group” and any reference to “we”, “us” or “our” shall include any member of the ICG Group) are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (“PDPA”) and other applicable data protection laws.

In this Privacy Policy, we describe how we collect, use, disclose, transfer, and process personal data. This Privacy Policy also describes how we keep the personal data that we hold on you confidential and secure, and your rights to your personal data, where applicable.

The type of personal data collected will depend on the nature of our dealings or transactions with you.   • through third parties when they are duly authorised by you to collect and thereafter provide your personal data to us;
  • from third-party sources (e.g. your family members, government agencies, market research organisations, or publicly available resources) without your involvement; and/or
  • through CCTV we use in and around our premises or other monitoring technologies.

All your personal data is kept confidential and ICG takes all reasonable measures to protect it from unauthorized or accidental access, processing or loss, by implementing appropriate physical, electronic, and supervisory controls.

Although we use security measures to help protect your personal data against unauthorised disclosure, we cannot guarantee the security of information provided over the internet and will not be responsible for breaches of security beyond our reasonable control.

5. RETENTION OF PERSONAL DATA

ICG shall retain your personal data for as long as is necessary for the purposes stated in Section 3 above, and take reasonable measures to destroy any personal data that is no longer necessary to meet those purposes.

6. DATA TRANSFER

If the transfer of your personal data within our group of companies is necessary, we will take reasonable steps to ensure that your personal data transmitted outside of your country of residence remains adequately protected to a standard similar to that afforded by the PDPA. In addition, we will ensure that such transfers comply with the requirements of the applicable data protection laws.

When you browse ICG’s website, we use cookies to store information about how you use the website in order to improve the quality of service provided to you.
