It is the objective of ICG to instill and enhance strong corporate governance practices across the Group. ICG has a Whistleblowing Policy to ensure that policies and procedures are in place to allow a whistle blow complainant to raise concerns in confidence about possible improprieties in the matters of financial reporting or other matters, for the independent investigation of such matters and for appropriate follow up action. 

It is preferred that complaints set out in detail any information that would be useful to assess the merits of the complaint and to facilitate any investigation. Complainants are encouraged to disclose their identities when submitting complaints. Complaints received anonymously may be perceived as being less persuasive and may pose greater challenges in investigations. We will deploy our best efforts to keep the identity of the complainant and the information provided confidential.
