Responsibilities
岗位职责 

  • Manage the sending and receiving of company documents, handles administrative secretarial tasks, and other related duties
    负责公司收发文管理、行政文秘写作等相关工作
  • Draft and write speeches, as well as reports related to various work activities
    负责起草、撰写领导发言稿、工作总结相关汇报材料
  • Coordinate company meetings, including scheduling and taking minutes
    协调公司会议并做好会议纪要

Requirements
任职要求 

  • Bachelor’s degree or above
    本科以上学历;
  • Calm personality, along with excellent communication and coordination skills
    性格沉稳,具有良好沟通协调能力
  • Proficiency in Russian is preferred
    会俄语优先
