Kazakhstan President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev visited the Alacem Cement Plant, a hallmark of Kazakh-Singaporean collaboration. President Tokayev commended the facility for its pivotal role in bolstering the national construction sector and its significant economic contributions, notably in job creation and support for local infrastructure and development initiatives.
